
Monsignor Professor Francis Obiora Ike is a well-known Catholic priest of the Enugu Diocese. He serves as the founding Executive Director of the Catholic Institute for Development, Justice, Peace, and Caritas (CIDJAP).
Msgr. Ike is recognized as an intellectual and advocate for social development. He is a prolific scholar and the author of numerous books covering topics such as ethics, education, culture, society, church development, state governance, and spirituality. As a renowned orator and educator, he specializes in education, social development, and Catholic religious identity. In addition to his academic achievements, he is also a philanthropist and humanitarian activist.
Msgr. Ike has founded and co-founded various institutions. In 2015, he established CIDJAP St. Joseph Creche, Nursery, and Primary School in Nwannedinamba. His primary motivation for founding the school was to promote education and the holistic development of young children, with a particular focus on providing formal educational opportunities for motherless children and orphans from Guardian Angel Motherless Babies Home in Nwannedinamba and Holy Child Motherless Babies Home in Ogui, Enugu State.
